Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between Planner and Operator?
Execution authority. Planner gives you a prioritized roadmap and monthly LLM scan reports — but you make the fixes yourself. Operator automatically applies fixes to your WordPress site via the plugin. You stay in control through a one-click approval flow.
What's the difference between Operator and Autopilot?
Speed and automation level. Operator is semi-automatic — it runs fixes after you approve them, with algorithm updates handled within days. Autopilot is fully autonomous — it runs continuously, applies same-day updates, and handles everything without requiring your approval.
Does it work with sites other than WordPress?
Current plans are WordPress-only. Auto-fix requires our WP plugin. If you're running Shopify, Webflow, Next.js, or a custom CMS, reach out via the contact form — we handle non-WP sites through direct consulting.
What do I get on the free plan?
The free plan generates Organization / WebSite structured data (JSON-LD) and your llms.txt file automatically. It's the foundation for AI crawler visibility. Detailed AI score audits and auto-fix require Planner or above.
How does auto-fix actually work?
Install the Amplest Autopilot WordPress plugin on your site and authenticate with your license key. On Operator, proposed fixes appear in your dashboard — approve in one click and they apply instantly to your WP site. On Autopilot, fixes run automatically without requiring approval.
Will the plugin affect my site's appearance or content?
No. The plugin only modifies metadata and structured data. It never touches your content or visual design. Every change is reversible — you can roll back to the previous state at any time from the dashboard.
Can I use it on multiple sites?
One license covers one site. If you manage multiple sites, the Autopilot plan supports additional licenses. Contact us for agency and multi-site pricing.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Yes. Change or cancel from your dashboard at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing date. Canceling stops automatic fixes on your WP plugin.
